If You Fail to Provide Personal Information.  Where we need to collect Personal Information by law, under the terms of a contract we have with you, or for our legitimate interests, and you fail to provide that information when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you. In this case, we may have to suspend or cancel a product or service you have with us, but we will notify you if this is the case at the time. The platforms we operate are designed to attract as many users as possible. In our case, our users are typically sports fans or interested in sports news, and other sports-related content but may also extend to lifestyle content. The creation of this content, and the work that goes into ensuring that the platforms continue to be digital sports destinations, are funded by advertising revenues which we receive as a result of showing users advertising or other sponsored or branded content on the platforms. We have a legitimate interest in ensuring that we responsibly deliver this advertising, and in allowing us to deliver it to the users most likely to be interested in it, and in doing so we employ User Information, such as the user's location, how the user engages with the platforms and the content that the user views.

5.  CHILDREN’S PRIVACY PROTECTION

Under Age 13. Goal Now understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy in the interactive online world. The Services and Digital Properties are not designed for, or intentionally targeted at, children under 13 years of age. It is not our policy to intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 13.  No one under the age of 13 should submit any Personal Information to Goal Now or the Digital Properties.

Under Age 18. Minors under 18 years of age may have the Personal Information that they have provided to Goal Now through the Digital Properties deleted by sending an email to Goal Nowfeedback@gmail.com  requesting deletion.  Please note that, while we make reasonable efforts to comply with such requests, deletion of your Personal Information does not ensure complete and comprehensive removal of that data from all systems.

We may share user information with other members of the sports news group for business management purposes and in accordance with applicable legal requirements. In addition, if required by law and the user has given their consent, we may also allow other members of the sports newsgroup to contact the user regarding promotions, events, and the latest news.
